Yes. Among the 100+ companies ITSN supports, mid-size and small businesses make up the majority. We handle companies ranging from 10–20 employees up to enterprises with over 1,000 staff, scaling our approach accordingly.
Can I consult you before requirements are finalized?
Yes. We assist from the PoC (Proof of Concept) environment build and evaluation phase. We'll accompany you from the very first question of "where should we start?"
Can I request operations & maintenance only?
Yes. We frequently take over operations & maintenance for systems built by other companies. Please see Managed Service for details.
What areas do you cover?
We provide on-site coverage primarily in the Kanto and Kansai regions from our two bases in Tokyo and Osaka. Remote support is available nationwide.
