Leveraging our experience with major vendors, we handle all vendor communications on your behalf. Your IT staff only need to receive updates while the recovery process moves forward.

3. OS Recovery & System Recovery Service

We provide recovery services for OS failures and system failures. Custom maintenance tailored to your environment is also available. Contact us even in emergency situations.

4. 24/7 System Monitoring

We provide 24/7 server monitoring and operations management for both on-premises and cloud environments. Using integrated monitoring systems such as Zabbix, we handle real-time monitoring, incident detection, recovery, and reporting.

5. Help Desk Operations

We provide Help Desk services for both administrators and end users. Since Help Desk operations are included in our ISMS certification scope, they can be used with confidence even in industries with strict information security requirements.

6. Call Center Setup & Operations

  • BitLocker encryption applied to all PCs
  • Annual business continuity drill (restore training from cloud backup)
In the May 2025 ISMS periodic audit, we maintained certification (ISO/IEC 27001:2022 / Registration No. ASJ-0014) with zero major and zero minor nonconformities.

Yes. Among our 100+ supported customers, we have taken over maintenance for many systems built by other vendors. Even if documentation is incomplete, we start with an on-site survey and organization.
Is 24/7 support available?
Yes. Since network monitoring is included in our ISMS certification scope, we provide 24/7 monitoring and incident response. We propose plans based on your SLA requirements.
Is spot-only support or partial outsourcing possible?
Yes. We flexibly propose plans to match your organization — monthly comprehensive maintenance, spot support as needed, "Help Desk only," "nights and weekends only," and more.
Can we request service even without an IT department or a dedicated IT person?
Yes. In fact, most of our customers are in exactly that situation. We start with a current-state interview and organization, so please reach out even if documentation is not yet in order.
