ICM Series
A monitoring and analysis product suite for event, log, and vulnerability information.
The ICM Series is a suite of monitoring and analysis products developed by ITSN, Inc. Windows event logs, Syslog, and vulnerability information are each difficult to handle on their own; the series is designed to help IT departments handle them in a form that's manageable to operate. The series as a whole is currently in preview.
Series Overview The three areas covered by the ICM Series
The ICM Series is a suite of monitoring and analysis products developed by ITSN, Inc. Each of its three areas — event logs, Syslog, and vulnerability information — is handled by a dedicated product. Every product is designed with an emphasis on organizing raw logs and assessment results into a form that operations staff can use for decisions.
The three products share the same design philosophy and can be used individually or in combination. The series as a whole is currently in preview; details for each product are available on its own page.
The Three Products Three areas — events, logs, and vulnerabilities
The ICM Series consists of three products. All are real, early-stage products currently in preview. See the cards below for details on each product.
Why Bring the Three Together A single area alone makes the bigger picture hard to grasp
Events, logs, and vulnerabilities tend to stay as isolated information when handled with separate tools. By aligning the three products — one per area — around the same design philosophy, the ICM Series aims to let you handle "notice → trace → prepare" as one continuous flow.
This is the layer that grasps important events occurring on Windows servers in plain language and detects unusual behavior early.
Handled by: ICM-EventInsight
This is the layer that aggregates large volumes of logs from network devices and servers and extracts signs worth attention through AI analysis. Individual logs can be checked in relation to each other.
Handled by: ICM-Syslog
This is the layer that assesses vulnerabilities in IT equipment and presents weak points and required actions through guideline-compliant reports.

About the Preview This is a product in a real, early stage.
- This is a real, early stage. The ICM Series is not merely a concept — it is being grown as products that actually run.
- The stage differs by product. The three products differ in maturity. We will share the details on each product page or in an individual consultation.
- Specifications may change. As this is a preview stage, the screens, features, and delivery format may change going forward.
- Early access starts with a conversation. "We'd like to try it in our environment" or "We'd like to know the rollout timing" — we welcome inquiries like these.

"We want to make our event logs easier to understand," "We want to bring together logs across devices," "We want to take stock of our vulnerabilities" — any one of these is a fine place to start. We will explain the current stage and what is and isn't possible.
