Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of the TP-Link (Business) Automated Quote System ("the Service") provided by ITSN Inc. ("the Company").

Article 2 (Content of the Service)

The Service provides a self-service for automatically issuing quick quotes for TP-Link (Business) products. The Service can be used without authentication and is free of charge; however, the quotes are estimates, and the formal quote will be issued separately by our sales team.

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

1. Prices and specifications stated in the quick quote may be subject to change.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damage suffered by users arising from suspension, interruption, or data loss of the Service.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts.

• Unauthorized use of the Service or automated access via bots
• Interference with business by mass quote requests
• Entering personal data of third parties without their consent

Article 5 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this site.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes related to the Service.
