When issuing a quote, the Service collects the following information.

Company name, department name, contact name
Email address, phone number (optional)
Quote configuration and notes
Access IP, User-Agent, reCAPTCHA score (for security verification)

2. Purpose of Use

Sending the quick quote by email
Follow-up contact for a formal quote or proposal from our sales team
Detecting unauthorized use and bot activity
Statistical aggregation for service improvement (in a form that does not identify individuals)

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We will not provide your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

4. Retention Period

Contact information is anonymized (set to NULL) by our automated batch process 2 years after the issue date. Only counts, amounts, and timestamps used for statistics are retained anonymously.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Service uses Microsoft Clarity for access analytics. Cookie usage is confirmed via a banner on your first visit. If you do not consent, analytics cookies will not be issued.
